A homemade, delicious dinner is the best way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your special someone. But why not make the occasion even more festive with a heart-shaped pizza? Courtesy of Chef Tracey-Ann Whilby, who has been working with Jewel Dunn’s River Beach Resort & Spa, Ocho Rios, Curio Collection by Hilton in Jamaica for five years, the pizza is both gluten-free and extremely simple to make. Just a handful of ingredients are needed for the dough, and then you can customize your toppings — think olives and onions or pepperoni and peppers. Pair with your favorite wine and you have this Valentine’s Day in the bag.
